How do I start?
My services start with a free 15 minute telephone consultation in which we can touch upon what’s brought you to seek counselling. This phone call can be a good introduction, help us get a feel for if and how we can work together.

And from there we can arrange an initial face-to-face assessment at one of my consulting rooms

My working hours are flexible


What is the cost?
An initial 15 minute telephone consultation is free
60 minute face-to-face assessment - £45.00
On-going counselling sessions cost - £45.00
(fees are reviewed annually)


How long is each session?
Therapeutic sessions are 60 minutes


What qualifications do you have?
I have a BSc (Hons) in Humanistic and Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy from Sherwood Psychotherapy Training Institute Ltd.


Are you a registered?
I am a registered member of the BACP www.bacp.co.uk (membership number 376522)


Does my GP need to refer me for an appointment?
No. You are free to refer yourself


How do I make an appointment?
You can book a free 15 minute telephone appointment by completing the online contact me form. Appointments will usually be available within a few days
