Taking the first step
People often tell me that taking the first step, making contact, being heard in a warm & non-judgemental way, is the most valuable decision they have made

How do I start?
My services start with a free 15 minute telephone consultation in which we can touch upon what’s brought you to seek counselling. This phone call can be a good introduction, help us get a feel for if and how we can work together.

And from there we can arrange an initial assessment face-to-face or online

What is the cost?

Initial 15 minute telephone consultation is free

First 90 minute face-to-face or video assessment - £95.00

On-going hourly sessions:  (face-to-face or via video) - £75.00

(fees are reviewed annually)

What qualifications do you have?
I have a BSc (Hons) in Humanistic and Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy from Sherwood Psychotherapy Training Institute Ltd.

I trained with Martha Kauppi at The Institute of Relational Intimacy to work with sex and intimacy issues
I hold a diploma with The Laurel Centre Working With Sex & Porn Addiction

Are you a registered?

Does my GP need to refer me for an appointment?
No. You are free to refer yourself

Can I share frankly about what's going on for me?

Absolutely! I really welcome you not 'edit' what you're saying and how you share it with me. I understand that this may be the first time you're giving voice to your situation and our sessions work best when you feel comfortable yourself and speak freely.
