How do I start?
My services start with a free 15 minute telephone consultation in which we can touch upon what’s brought you to seek counselling. This phone call can be a good introduction, help us get a feel for if and how we can work together.
And from there we can arrange an initial assessment face-to-face or online
What is the cost?
Initial 15 minute telephone consultation is free
First 90 minute face-to-face or video assessment - £95.00
On-going counselling sessions (face-to-face or via video) - £70.00
(fees are reviewed annually)
What qualifications do you have?
I have a BSc (Hons) in Humanistic and Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy from Sherwood Psychotherapy Training Institute Ltd.
Are you a registered?
I am a registered member of the NCPS nationalcounsellingsociety.org
(membership number NCS22-029028)
Does my GP need to refer me for an appointment?
No. You are free to refer yourself
